📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement in the electronics sector.
• Oversee the marketing efforts of the team, ensuring that our products and services are effectively promoted to our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into our marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, communicating the status of marketing efforts and recommending improvements.
• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the electronics sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or a related field is a plus.
