You will work closely with our team to ensure that our buildings are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their living experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage tenant relations, including resolving complaints and ensuring a high standard of living.
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work with the property management team to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and emergency procedures are in place and that staff are trained accordingly.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the overall goals of the company are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on building operations and maintenance.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
