Floorrich Global Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Product Specialist/Manager to join our team in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the success of our building materials and floor coverings division.

As a Product Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, while also providing market insights and strategic recommendations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product launch strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Manage product budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, especially in the building materials or floor coverings industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
