• Handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown, ensuring the event space is clean and organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Work part-time hours, typically during event days, with flexible scheduling options.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with basic event planning and booth operations is a plus.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings, during event periods.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali are required.
