📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC stamping machines and other metal fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Inspect and quality-check stamped components to meet strict industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on stamping tools and dies.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of new equipment as needed.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stamping or metal fabrication, preferably in a CNC environment.
- Familiarity with CNC stamping machines, laser cutting systems, and robotic welding stations.
- Knowledge of metal properties and their behavior during stamping processes.
- Experience with quality control and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
