📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs in Bali.
• Provide tailored banking solutions to meet the financial needs of SMEs.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote AmBank's products and services to SMEs.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the success of banking relationships.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay connected with the business community.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to SMEs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best advice to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly for SMEs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with banking software and tools such as Core Banking Systems, CRM software, and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
