📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and organizing the virtual career fair, including coordinating with event vendors and managing event logistics.
• Manage the recruitment process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to participants.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and employers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Assist in creating and maintaining event materials, such as promotional content, participant guides, and employer profiles.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that the virtual career fair aligns with JPMorgan Chase's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and recruitment.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of fresh graduates for various roles within JPMorgan Chase.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software, such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
