🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in UGC management, social media marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing UGC campaigns.
• Certification in Social Media Marketing or Digital Strategy is a plus.
