📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to monitor progress and identify issues
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on 3D modeling and site coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar 3D modeling software
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera or MS Project is a plus
