Located in Pasir Pangaraian, Rokan Hulu, Riau, we are seeking a skilled Debt Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts through various channels, including direct communication, legal actions, and negotiations. This contract-based position offers a competitive salary of Rp 3.75M – Rp 4.0M per month, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial recovery operations.

As a Debt Collector at PT Mitra Solusi Lelang, you will be at the forefront of our financial recovery efforts. You will work closely with our legal team, sales department, and other stakeholders to ensure that our clients' debts are recovered efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct debt collection activities through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Negotiate with debtors to settle outstanding amounts.
• Prepare legal documents and submit them to the court for further action.
• Monitor and track the status of debt collection cases.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of debt recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors to facilitate smoother recovery processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and legal databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to debt collection.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
