📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure for retail operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with retail operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT solutions, including system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to retail staff on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture and management, with a focus on retail or department store solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing IT solutions for retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Certifications in IT architecture, such as Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) or Certified IT Architect (CITA), are a plus.
