📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
• Leverage SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud to automate procurement processes and enhance data analytics.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value-added services.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Report procurement performance metrics to senior management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements in procurement.
• Certifications in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPO, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in the resource or manufacturing industry is a plus.
