📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with K3 regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and minimize risks.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on K3 best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Document all K3 activities, inspections, and incidents, and maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations and international standards.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections, providing expert advice and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in K3 inspection and compliance, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
• Certification as a K3 Specialist Inspector (SKKNI Level 3) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations and international standards.
• Proficient in using K3 software such as MSHA, OSHA, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
