📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on employee performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia for training purposes.
