📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production tasks.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior production operators to ensure knowledge transfer and team development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production operations, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.,Proven track record of success in similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet production targets and quality standards.,Strong knowledge of production equipment and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues as needed.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to production challenges.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols, with the ability to enforce and maintain compliance.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
