📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the general affairs of the company, including administrative, legal, and compliance matters.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve company operations.,Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations.,Monitor and report on company performance and financial health.,Ensure the safety and security of company assets and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
