📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and minimize waste,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Lead and mentor the restaurant staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven track record of managing successful restaurants,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
