Duta Zahra Kitchen is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet in Pontianak. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage the store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
