📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the safety and security of the company and its employees.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
