📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.,Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.,Assist in the management of patient admissions and discharges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant nursing board.
