📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service to retail clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans.,Support the marketing team in promotional activities and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
