📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and end-users.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of the IT infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
