📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to staff and patients,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor system performance and security,Manage user accounts and access permissions,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects,Provide training and documentation for IT systems,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulations,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
