🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
