📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
