Maintaining and updating financial records and documents,Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports,Processing and reconciling bank transactions,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements,Managing vendor invoices and payments,Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies,Providing support to the finance manager in financial analysis and forecasting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented and accurate,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
