📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock rotation.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Prepare and present regular reports to the Store Manager and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
