📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.,Support the General Affairs Manager in implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.,Assist in managing office expenses and budgets, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.,Act as a liaison between the office staff and management, addressing employee concerns and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management principles.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
