You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, train staff, and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
