As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Ensure all food products are prepared and cooked according to standard recipes and quality specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among staff members.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks on food products.,Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.
