📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers,Maintain and operate coffee equipment and machines,Ensure the quality and freshness of coffee beans and supplies,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop area,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds,Basic knowledge of coffee beans and their characteristics,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent experience
