📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update company social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and schedule engaging content for social media, including images, videos, and posts,Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms,Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in the creation of social media graphics and videos,Participate in social media contests and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social,Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a good eye for design,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus
