📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and presentations.,Participate in purchasing meetings and negotiations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Good communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
