CV Pratama Bukit is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gorontalo. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our vehicles. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route optimization.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Provide support in the resolution of fleet-related issues and conflicts.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
