Global City Unggul is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquets and events, including coordinating with vendors and managing guest lists.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Set up and decorate banquet areas, ensuring they are ready for events.,Assist with food and beverage service during events, including plating, serving, and clearing tables.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including cleaning up after events.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and discreetly.,Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in event planning and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event planning role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
