📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accuracy.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in inventory management.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
