📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Growing Supervisor in planning and scheduling cutting flower production activities.
• Oversee daily operations, including harvesting, sorting, and packaging of cutting flowers.
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues in the production process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Utilize software such as ERP systems and inventory management tools to track production data and performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the flower production industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring production targets are met.
• Strong knowledge of cutting flower production techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant software such as ERP systems, inventory management tools, and production planning software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certification in flower production or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various production sites as required.
